One such victim is the nine-year-old daughter of Nicole O'Shea from the US, who was excluded from a class party for being 'too chubby.'

A heartbroken Nicole took to social media to raise awareness, discovering quickly that her daughter's story is one among many. The account resonated with numerous other parents who shared similar experiences, where even the parents behave cruelly, echoing the taunts that her daughter faces daily at school. "People call my daughter many things," Nicole writes. "Stupid, ugly, pitiful, too chubby, too wild. If you think kids can't say such mean things, perhaps it's because we still believe they're 'innocent' and 'harmless.'"
