Despite being only 10 years old, Joe Whale is already earning a decent income as a mural artist, illustrating restaurant walls with his unique style.
In school, his teachers weren't too encouraging about his artistic tendencies, going as far as to complain about his preference for drawing over listening in class. Joe's parents received notes from teachers criticizing him for filling his textbooks with what they saw as meaningless doodles that 'disrespected' the books. But rather than punishing him for what they called a lack of respect, Joe's parents decided to nurture their son's artistic talent by enrolling him in an art class.

Surprisingly, while Joe enjoyed the art class, it didn't quite satisfy his richly creative imagination. So, his parents made a bold move: Joe left the art class to study privately with an art tutor. With his parents' blessing, the tutor set up a special social media page to showcase Joe's extraordinary drawings.
Thanks to this page, word of Joe's talent spread quickly. Soon enough, local restaurant owners reached out, asking him to come and bring their walls to life with his artistic flair. Initially, painting on walls was a challenge, but Joe didn't let that deter his passion for drawing. He persevered, and soon enough, he became the go-to mural artist for restaurants in his hometown.

His parents now say, "Allowing him to express himself through doodles was worth it. The nickname he's earned, 'Doodle Boy', has not only brought prestige and admiration but also provides an income that we're saving for his future art school education."
So, the next time your child wants to draw on the wall, think twice before saying 'no'. Who knows, it might just pay off in the future.
