A Wedding Against All Odds: Amanda's Fight for Love

When Rob Mooberry and his wife Amanda chose their wedding date, Amanda never imagined she'd face such a daunting decision that could impact their future drastically. Rob frequently complained of severe stomach pains and consulted numerous doctors, yet none could provide a precise diagnosis until two months prior to their wedding date.

"Throughout that period, Rob began losing weight uncontrollably. He vomited everything he ate, losing 66 pounds effortlessly," Amanda recalls.

The couple eventually met with a specialist, who was also a surgeon, who decided to investigate surgically. "He told us it didn't make sense for a healthy person to lose 66 pounds within a year without reason, suspecting it was some form of colon cancer."

Although unable to confirm this definitively, the doctor chose to operate, but unfortunately, Rob's cancer was already advanced, having spread to his intestines, lymph nodes, and bladder. "They told us Rob only had a few weeks to live," Amanda shares tearfully. "We couldn't process the devastating news."

Amanda was heartbroken but insisted on going through with the wedding. According to her, it was the bravest decision she'd ever made, but she had no hesitation. "When he told me he still wanted to marry, I immediately said: 'So do I.' I never let him think I regretted it in any way."

Despite grim projections, Rob and Amanda wed, and two days after their ceremony, Rob began radiation therapy at the hospital. "After the first round of chemo showed no improvement, Rob and I agreed to let his body naturally expel the toxins with a healthier, alternative approach," Amanda explains.

To support Rob, she also adopted a fully vegan diet. "Our menu was full of vegetables and herbs," she notes, adding, "Although there's no conclusive scientific evidence that a vegan lifestyle fully cures cancer, we witnessed miracles within just three weeks when scans showed Rob's disease had regressed by about 80%."

A year after their cleansing regimen, Rob's cancer vanished entirely, and recently, the couple welcomed healthy twins into their lives. "Today, I see how right my decision was, and I'm grateful I didn't give up on us," Amanda concludes with a smile.
