Unexpected Celebration: Yeshiva Students Bring Joy to Newlyweds Stuck in Traffic
Bringing Joy: A couple returning home from their wedding got stuck in a traffic jam in Jerusalem. Nearby, a car full of yeshiva students decided to add some joy to the scene. Watch the result.
It's a story only the people of Israel can belong to: A couple who were returning to their home after their wedding encountered a traffic jam on Highway 1 in Jerusalem. In a remarkable turn and under divine providence, a nearby car was full of yeshiva students. Seeing the newlywed vehicle, they decided to bring some joy to the traffic jam.
"Our relative from Holland, Tirzah, got married last week," says the video publisher to 'Kol Chai'. "On the way back from the wedding, at two in the morning on Highway 1, there was a complete standstill. A group of yeshiva students who were also stuck recognized the newlyweds' car, got out of the bus, lifted the groom on their shoulders, and danced. Two in the morning. Highway No. 1. The bride's Dutch parents, watching the performance and even joining the dance, admitted that such a thing could never happen in the Netherlands."
