Inspiring Acts: Yeshiva Students Donate Blood for the Injured

The 'Aid and Heal' organization and rescue teams mobilized a call to yeshiva students to donate blood for the injured. The outcome? About 300 units of blood donated by caring individuals committed to helping their injured brothers.

More than a hundred yeshiva students answered the call and participated in a blood donation drive held this week for victims of recent attacks. The event was initiated by Rabbi Moti Fried, Chairman of the 'Aid and Heal' organization, along with Rabbi Chaim Meir Oish from the Magen David Adom rescue team. They aimed to address the severe security situation in the country and the shortage of blood supplies needed to save lives.

Thanks to Hashem and the diligent work of a medical team volunteering around the clock, the drive was a success, with approximately 300 units of blood donated within a few hours. "Within these hours, over 100 people donated," said Rabbi Moti Fried. Together with Rabbi Chaim Meir Oish, he thanked all involved in the effort. "Each donation averages three units of blood.
