#VALUE!
Ruth and Michal were two friends who shared an unbreakable bond.
As Hashem would have it, for reasons known only to Him, both friends faced delays and did not easily find their matches. By a rather advanced age, they were the only ones in their class who were not yet engaged.
Each of them was busy with her work, and they became accustomed to this way of life. They tried to fill their time with meaningful activities and aimed to accumulate as many merits as possible. They supported each other, studied the rules of guarding one's speech and chapters on faith, engaging in deep conversations about trust in Hashem.
They also strengthened their acts of kindness, providing great support to their mothers and families. All their family members prayed for them to soon find their destined partners.
One day, a married friend reached out to them, touched by their situation. She wanted to share a heavenly miracle that had happened to her.
"I had a particular medical problem, and I decided to commit to the mitzvah of separating challah with all its details and nuances. Shortly after, I was completely healed! The doctors were astonished!"
The pair of friends listened and decided to give it a try. They organized an uplifting challah separation evening and invited those closest to them.
Many tears were shed that night, tears of pleading and hope.
A month later, the friends and family met again. This time, the tears of pain turned into tears of joy: they gathered for Ruth's engagement party.
A week later, Michal also got engaged.
