If you're a fan of water adventures, you'll be pleased to have the updated list of separate beaches for 2024.

Important note: Even at separate beaches, modesty issues might arise, so it's advisable to check the details before heading out, and don't rely solely on online information. It's wise to confirm opening hours beforehand, particularly since some beaches offer extended hours during July and August.

Eilat – The Separate Beach

This organized and fenced beach stretches about 70 meters along Eilat's northern shoreline (close to the Jordanian border). Be sure to bring flip-flops or shoes since the area is covered with sharp gravel rather than sand.

Maintenance: For swimmers' convenience, there are restrooms and beach showers, shade areas, grassy spots, and lifeguard services.

Separation: Complete segregation is enforced, with two operational sections running concurrently.

Ashdod – The Separate Beach

Spanning a large area, this beach is clean and well-maintained. Access is very easy for those driving, but city residents may have a long walk since it's more remote compared to other beaches.

Maintenance: The beach is clean, with refurbished shade areas and decent showers. There are also facilities for children.

Separation: The beach itself is separate and features a water barrier, but to get there, one must pass through the marina, which is often crowded with a mixed crowd.

Men: Open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Women: Open on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Ashkelon – The Separate Beach

Ashkelon's beach boasts particularly easy access, with parking for the separate beach reaching right up to the shore (near the former Ashkeluna Water Park). The beach itself offers modern and comfortable facilities.

Men: Open on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Women: Open on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Hadera – Givat Olga

Used by both the city's residents and those from surrounding areas, Hadera beach sometimes hosts city-organized events featuring ice pops, Hasidic music, and a variety of activities.
