In this Torah portion, Moshe discovers that Hashem did not mention Aaron because of the sin of the Golden Calf, and he prays for him until Hashem informs him that He has forgiven him. After the forgiveness, Hashem teaches Moshe all the details of the sacrificial service, from the fire on the altar to the meal offering of the poor and the sacrifices brought by those saved from danger. Throughout these instructions, the importance of precision and order in serving Hashem stands out, as well as the need for humility, even for the High Priest.
