Orchot Tzaddikim – Brazenness
Rabbi Yirmiyahu Ullman
The Orchot Tzaddikim teaches that brazenness (chutzpah) can be both destructive and beneficial. When used negatively, it leads to arrogance, shamelessness, and disregard for others, causing sin and conflict. However, when directed toward holiness, brazenness becomes a strength, allowing a person to stand firm in their faith, resist peer pressure, and defend truth even against ridicule.
