In Russia, Dr. Vladimir Petrovice Filatov's reputation as an exceptional ophthalmologist and surgeon preceded him. Filatov founded the 'Filatov Institute' for treating eye diseases and tissue therapy in Odessa, Ukraine, and was the first to attempt a corneal transplant on Vasily Zaitsev – a soldier whose vision was damaged by shrapnel during the Battle of Stalingrad.

Though he worked within the framework of conventional medicine, he also had his own natural and healthy methods for dealing with eye pressure and pain. For instance, he recommended the following natural and healthy remedy, which can help improve vision and reduce eye pain and pressure. We do not guarantee its success, but rather provide this information for your awareness.

For the preparation, you will need:

  • 100 grams of juice from a three-year-old natural aloe vera (meaning the plant should not be older than three years).
  • 500 grams of ground walnuts
  • 300 grams of honey
  • Juice from three lemons

Preparation method:

  1. Carefully remove the thorns from the aloe vera, and take only the inner part. Wash it thoroughly in cold water and place in a blender.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender, and mix well until a uniform mixture is obtained.
  3. Store the mixture in small jars (preferably glass).

According to Dr. Filatov and his successors at the institute, this is a 'vitamin bomb' that strengthens the whole body and improves the functioning of all its systems.

How often should it be consumed?

Dr. Filatov recommends consuming one teaspoon, about half an hour before a meal, three times a day (the recommendation is for healthy individuals).

Who should avoid it?

If you suffer from any condition or illness, particularly the following: kidney disease, digestive system disorders, pregnant women, various inflammations, cardiovascular diseases, tuberculosis, hemorrhoids, allergies to the aforementioned ingredients, or various sensitivities – do not (!) use the mixture without consulting your family doctor first.
