My right hand has been itching incessantly, and I wonder if this has any significance.

Everything in the world has meaning, of course. However, we do not have explanations in our sources for everything and why certain things happen. One should reflect on their actions, particularly regarding things done with the hand, such as putting on Tefillin, and see if there are areas for improvement.
