Heartfelt Tribute: A Prayer Book's Legacy Inspires Strength and Devotion
Friend of late Moti Ben Shabbat, who lost his life in the Nahariya flood tragedy, shares an emotional post and personal commitment inspired by a prayer book gifted by Ben Shabbat.

This post written by a friend of Moti Ben Shabbat, who lost his life in the Nahariya flood disaster, simply cannot leave us indifferent:
The friend, Eden Miara Asraf, shared on social media a picture of a pink, feminine prayer book with a dedication from the late Moti, handwritten, saying, "To Eden Miara, I wish that through this sacred book, you will return to complete faith, amen."
"Moti Ben Shabbat, you were a hero and a hero you will remain forever," Miara begins in her emotional post. "An angel, all my memories with you are only good. But there is one that will always remain, that day we were at the barbecue in Miron and you began strengthening your observance of Shabbat - you made a complete transformation.
"We prayed at the graves of righteous people, and on the way back I told you I really wanted to keep Shabbat and strengthen my faith, and the next day you gave me a small gift with great meaning - a prayer book where you left me a small blessing, 'I wish that through this book you will return to faith, amen.' So I promise that every time I pray with this book, I will dedicate it to elevate your soul.
"You were a righteous person and you will remain righteous forever, a hero's death. May your soul be bound in the bundle of life," she concludes while expressing condolences to Moti's family.
