Does a Chanukah Menorah Require Genizah?
Ritual objects used for mitzvot may be discarded and do not require genizah (ritual burial), therefore there is no need to put Chanukah menorahs that were used during Chanukah into genizah [based on Shulchan Aruch 21, 1].
Can a bottle of oil designated for Chanukah lights be used for ordinary purposes?
If you designated a bottle of oil for Chanukah lights, and after lighting throughout all the days of Chanukah there is oil remaining in the bottle, this remaining oil is not forbidden like the leftover oil in the Chanukah lamp itself. It is permitted to use it for any purpose [Yalkut Yosef Siman 677].
