The United States Central Command attacked in Yemen last night (Tuesday). According to the command's statement, "CENTCOM carried out a precise air strike against an Iranian-supported Houthi facility in Yemen. It was a precise air strike against a central command and control facility operated by the Iranian-supported Houthis in Houthi-controlled territory in Sanaa, Yemen."
The command also stated: "The target facility was a coordination center for the Houthis' activities, such as attacks against U.S. Navy warships and commercial vessels in the southern Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. The strike reflects CENTCOM's ongoing commitment to protect U.S. and coalition personnel, regional partners, and international shipping."
Yesterday afternoon, alarms were activated in central Israel, in all the cities of the Dan region, many cities in the lowlands, in Yarkon, Sharon, and Samaria. Four hours later, the Houthis' spokesperson claimed responsibility for launching a Palestine 2 ballistic missile, which he claimed was aimed at a military target in Jaffa.
Israel is preparing to respond harshly and attack in Yemen. Yesterday, cabinet ministers gathered with the Prime Minister to discuss the attack plan. The future operation, dubbed "Operation Long Arm," will likely include a more significant attack than the strike on Hodeidah port.
