Is it permissible to make the blessing over bread when it is inside a bag?
One should not make a blessing over lechem mishneh when it is closed in a bag since one needs to place both hands on the bread at the time of the blessing [Shulchan Aruch 267, Mishnah Berurah 23].
Is it permissible to use frozen bread as lechem mishneh?
One who does not have challah for lechem mishneh is permitted to take a frozen pita or challah from the freezer and make a blessing over it [Chazon Ovadiah].
