Do you suffer from migraines due to sinus inflammation? This solution has become very popular on social networks worldwide, and many users who have tried it claim that it significantly improves headaches caused by sinus inflammation or nasal congestion.

The solution consists of just two ingredients that you should always keep at home: ginger and organic apple cider vinegar.

Thanks to its active substance, gingerol, which is a natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, ginger inhibits the development of various infections and bacteria, as does organic apple cider vinegar (the difference between organic and non-organic vinegar is that the organic one has no added chemicals).

Organic vinegar has an impressive capability to eliminate substances known as pathogens, which are bacteria that settle in different parts of our body, causing discomfort and ailments. When these two potent materials meet, they create a 'healing bomb' and provide amazing relief.

So what do you need to make the solution?

Grate ginger root into a small bowl, add a quarter cup of organic apple cider vinegar, and pour the solution into a glass jar.

Seal the glass jar well and leave it in a room (it is important that it remains at room temperature, not in the refrigerator) for 10 days - in that time, you will get a solution that is seven times stronger.

Take a clean cloth and apply the solution to your temples and sinuses (on the forehead, between the eyebrows) for at least two hours (you can also apply the solution and sleep with it overnight).

If you apply the solution for a whole week, your sinus inflammation will naturally diminish along with your headaches.
