Have You Gained Weight Recently? A New Bacteria Might Be to Blame
Have you recently gained weight without understanding why? Believe it or not, it's closely related to the bacteria levels in your body, particularly one unique bacteria.

Have you recently gained weight without understanding why? Believe it or not, it's closely related to the bacteria levels in your body.
As long as the bacteria in our body live with us in 'good neighborly relations,' there's no need for concern. However, once their environment is 'disrupted,' threatening this 'coexistence,' they begin to act out, and we are the first to suffer.
Professor Zhao Liping from Jiao Tong University in Shanghai published a significant study titled "The Last Missing Link in Proving the Relationship Between Gut Bacteria and Obesity." This study was published in the journal Society for Microbial Ecology, where Professor Liping suggests that there is a bacterium named Enterobacter, which is the 'leader' in the area. What does that mean? It turns out that this bacterium participates in the fat storage process and prevents fat from breaking down.
The researchers followed this bacterium and observed how each time the bacteria responsible for food breakdown operate in the metabolism process, the Enterobacter 'interferes' with their activity and disrupts it.
Professor Liping's studies found that when the bacterium is active, a person becomes sated more slowly, and even if they attempt to diet, they will find it difficult to stick to it. According to him, an individual suffering from extreme obesity who consumes probiotics while also reducing processed foods and increasing fiber intake will reduce their body weight in a more balanced and healthier manner.
