Trying to lose weight without much success? A special cumin drink recipe that cleanses the intestines and aids in weight loss is taking the internet by storm.

For thousands of years, the medicinal properties of cumin have been known, including its ability to remove free radicals from the digestive system and boost bowel activity. Cumin seeds are rich in antioxidants, and besides being excellent catalysts for waste removal from the body, they also help to cleanse it from various inflammations.

Studies conducted on the medicinal properties of cumin have shown that it significantly helps in burning fat, and regular daily use reduces bad cholesterol levels in the body and detoxifies the liver.

There are many methods to consume cumin, but this drink published on social media is also recommended by an Indian blogger with thousands of followers. "In our tradition, we call this drink 'Jeera'," she writes. "The Jeera drink helps cleanse kidney stones, but for me, it was most helpful in weight loss."

According to the blogger, it was her mother who taught her how to make the Jeera drink "and it didn't take long before I started seeing results. I'd read that cumin seeds increase metabolism and improve digestion, but I didn't think I would experience it on the first day. I felt I could enjoy my food without 'bursting', and I felt much more energetic throughout the day."

She noted that as she drank more Jeera, she needed to relieve herself more often, but this only happened in the first two days.

So how do you make a cumin drink for body cleansing and purification and aid in weight loss?

Pour a cup of whole cumin seeds into a small pot of water.

Bring the water to a boil over low heat, allowing the water to absorb the cumin seeds' flavor for about ten minutes.

Turn off the heat and leave the water to cool.

Strain the water from impurities and transfer it to a glass.

Consume the cumin drink in the morning, preferably with a light meal.
