#VALUE!
No matter how much she eats, she simply doesn’t gain weight. What does it mean, not gaining weight? Not putting on a gram... How much does she eat? A lot. Far beyond what you could consume in one meal, not to mention desserts, not to mention snacks...
Familiar with this phenomenon? What's going on here?
Studies prove that people who eat everything in sight and don’t gain weight enjoy a high metabolism.
I have five sisters; one of them eats large quantities and doesn’t gain weight, but when I say large quantities, I mean amounts that a person cannot naturally consume. Meanwhile, those around her count calories, grams, weigh themselves several times a week, adopt strategies, walk a lot, exercise, and barely manage to maintain a healthy balance.
Familiar, right?
Well, such behavior certainly seems groundbreaking and worth learning from, so I investigated this matter to understand – what is it about my sister that allows her to eat so much and not gain weight, and what’s happening with my other sisters who are constantly monitoring their weight.
I discovered, according to groundbreaking research, that the cells that make us up contain small power stations known as mitochondria organelles. The more of them there are within a cell, the higher the metabolism. To give you perspective – while the average person’s cell contains about 200 mitochondria organelles, a person like my sister – each cell contains about 2000.
But that’s just the beginning. According to the same research, I found that there are certain actions that can enhance the function of these mitochondria. Actions we can take on a daily level, simple ones, you know, not something massive belonging to Olympic athletes… Actions that will boost metabolism, strengthen the immune system, and help us lose weight without any unnecessary frustration.
Does this speak to you? I know, it does to me too. So, how do you do it?
