It was also published that according to the study's results, drinking coffee before exercise enhances workout performance, and the caffeine absorbed in the body helps in muscle glycogen building.

Additionally, the study proved that the caffeine found in coffee also prevents fat molecules from bonding, which inhibits the growth of fat areas. According to the researchers, the effectiveness of caffeine substances is improved when coffee consumption is combined with a diet program and physical exercise.
