After being crowned in Korea as the ultimate breakfast for burning fat in the abdominal area, more food bloggers are joining the 'celebration' claiming that a breakfast containing chia seeds and oatmeal is among the most effective recipes for diets.
"The combination of chia seeds and oatmeal provides the body with the necessary energy, balances cholesterol and glucose levels in the blood, and offers a prolonged sense of fullness," writes one blogger. "Both contain extremely beneficial health components for our bodies, ranging from beta-glucan, a fiber that supports heart health, to fatty acids, omega 6 and omega 3, which also help in maintaining heart health."
Additionally, the blogger mentions, chia seeds also contain calcium, potassium, copper, manganese, and phosphorus, which together are excellent in guarding against arthritis, diabetes, and vascular diseases.

So what does this breakfast include?
A cup of oatmeal
5 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of honey
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Two cups of water
Quarter teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation method:
In a small pot, mix the water with the cinnamon and vanilla extract until boiling. Add the oatmeal and salt, and stir until obtaining a uniform mixture.
Reduce the heat, add the chia seeds and honey, and mix well. Turn off the heat, cool for five minutes, and eat.
