An American blogger and author named Jillian Scott shares a recipe for a particularly effective ointment for knee pain, which she claims helped her mother a lot. "Since my mom tried this ointment for the first time, she hasn't stopped using it. It relieved her pain in an unbelievable way," she writes in her blog.

Joint pains, including knee pain, often indicate worn-out flexibility – something usually caused by excess weight, prolonged standing, and sometimes natural processes that occur in our bodies such as aging. "We cannot completely prevent aging, and it's clear there are pains that we can hardly do anything about. But I saw that this ointment helped my mom, so I think it will help many of you," she wrote.

The 'miracle ointment,' as she calls it, is made from three natural ingredients: cayenne pepper, grated ginger root, and a cup of apple cider vinegar, which can also be substituted with heated olive oil.

How to prepare?

In a small bowl, mix two tablespoons of cayenne pepper, two tablespoons of grated ginger, and a cup of apple cider vinegar/olive oil – until a paste-like consistency is achieved.

Apply the ointment twice a day to the knee area and wrap it well using a disposable bandage.

Leave the ointment on for twenty minutes to half an hour and repeat the process every day.
