"I don't treat my skin well," begins the American blogger who calls herself Deanne in her weekly column, where she shares various skincare tips with her readers. "Most of the time, I don't have the time to invest in expensive and lengthy masks, so once a week I treat my facial skin to a good cleanse that also tightens the skin and leaves it full of glow and vitality. But most importantly and above all - it is a mask that we all can make at home."

At this point, Deanne asks her readers not to panic. "Although it involves baking soda, you will be as surprised as I was to discover what magic it does to our skin. There are three main ways to utilize these amazing masks, I tried all three, and for a month, it is simply unbelievable, but my face looks completely different. As someone who has suffered from acne for years, I can tell you that the acne scars have almost disappeared and my skin looks much firmer and 'happier'. I didn't believe that in just one month I would see such results."

According to her, the masks can be prepared in three ways: baking soda with lemon, baking soda with honey and coconut oil, and the simplest recipe - baking soda with water. "No matter which mask you choose, the main thing is to leave it on for at least 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water," Deanne explains. "Only after using these masks, I discovered that the baking soda powder efficiently cleans facial skin from dead skin cells and oil, and in addition, it is great for those who suffer from acne because it unclogs the pores," concludes the blogger, recommending to repeat the process once a week until a change is felt.
