Preparation method:

In a blender, mix the pawpaw and pineapple with the milk until a uniform puree is formed. Pour the liquid into a glass, add a tablespoon of chia seeds, and mix well. Let the drink sit for about half an hour, then drink.

To see satisfactory results, consume the milkshake twice a day - about half an hour before lunch, and about two hours before going to sleep.
