The First Mask - Chamomile Infusion

Chamomile is excellent not only as a tea infusion to drink but also for our skin. A tablespoon of chamomile blend steeped in a quarter cup of warm water and a teaspoon of honey, applied to our face twice a day, will work miracles.

The Second Mask - Egg White for Skin Tightening

This mask is for those who wish to give their skin a radiant and youthful appearance and treat oily acne symptoms. In a small bowl, break an egg white and whip it with a teaspoon of natural lemon juice. Use a cotton ball to clean your face with the mixture created, leaving it for about fifteen minutes. Then rinse the mask thoroughly with lukewarm water and dry.

The Third Mask - Green Clay

Green clay is an excellent material known for its phenomenal ability to absorb oils and toxins. In a small designated bowl, mix two tablespoons of green clay powder (which can be purchased at natural stores) with a quarter cup of water until you achieve a pasty consistency. Apply the paste onto the face and leave for 10 minutes or until the clay fully dries. Rinse well with warm water and dry your face with a clean towel.

The Fourth Mask - Banana Mask

Rich in essential vitamins for the skin, bananas are excellent for maintaining young, healthy, and fresh skin. In a small bowl, mash half a ripe banana, add a tablespoon of honey, and apply the mixture to clean skin. Leave the mask for about twenty minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water. This mask is excellent for dry, tired, and tense skin.

The Fifth Mask - Avocado Mask

Suffering from dry and lackluster skin? The oily avocado does an excellent job on our skin too and supplies it with the healthy fats it is made of. In a small bowl, mash half an avocado and mix with a tablespoon of honey until a uniform paste is formed. You can add a tablespoon of milk or yogurt to the mixture to provide a calming effect on the skin and even slightly lighten it. Leave the mask for about ten minutes and rinse.

The Sixth Mask - Salt and Lemon

This mask is excellent for tired, lackluster, and dull skin. In a small bowl, mix equal parts lemon juice and sea salt until a thick, uniform paste is achieved. It is essential to ensure that this mask does not come into contact with the eye area and other sensitive areas. Apply the mixture to clean facial skin and leave for 10 minutes. The 'purifying' lemon and salt components will absorb the dead cells and toxins, leaving the skin fresh and glossy.
