It’s a nerve that starts from the lower back, passes through the buttocks and the back of our legs, and ends in the feet. Often when we complain of sharp pain in these areas, it is related to this nerve, making simple actions like walking or sitting a terrible discomfort.

The tip is essentially soaking your feet in a deep bath composed of 10 liters of warm water, one liter of apple cider vinegar, and half a cup of salt mixed and dissolved in the water. You leave your feet in the water until they cool down, then dry them and put on socks to keep them warm. This action should be repeated nightly before bed, avoiding walking barefoot on cold surfaces as much as possible.
