We've written extensively about each individually in the past, yet combining them gives our body a battery of essential vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin C. Allicin is the active component in garlic, characterized by high levels of vitamin B6, manganese, and dietary fibers. Ginger contains many anti-inflammatory compounds, including capsaicin, carotene, salicylate, and curcumin - ingredients known for their effectiveness in overall body strengthening and preventing a wide range of health issues.
To prepare the remedy for system strengthening, you'll need:
Four whole lemons
Four cloves of garlic
3 cm of ginger root
Two liters of water
Preparation method:
Thoroughly wash the ingredients under running water, and cut the lemon into medium pieces with its peel. Peel the garlic and place all the ingredients in a blender.
Blend the ingredients until a uniform mixture is obtained.
Transfer the mixture to a pan with the water, bring to a boil while stirring.
Turn off the heat and let the remedy cool on the side.
Once cool, transfer the remedy to glass bottles or small jars and store in the refrigerator.
