You already know about the dangers of smoking and its severe damage to the liver, spleen, lungs, blood, and more. Many smokers understand the seriousness of the issue and try to break the cycle through various methods that often amount to costly expenses of thousands of dollars.

Once you start smoking, it can feel almost impossible to stop—thanks to nicotine's addictive effects. Believe it or not, nicotine is one of the most addictive substances in the United States, responsible for 90% of lung cancer cases there—not to mention dozens of other diseases it causes.

Not only are smokers included in the death risk category, but also passive smokers—those who are near smokers and inhale the surrounding smoke. A special report from the U.S. Department of Health reveals that 38,000 deaths last year were attributed to passive smoking.

Most cigarettes in the U.S. contain about 10 mg of nicotine, along with approximately 4,000 (!) other chemicals found in various tobacco products. This is also why cigarette smoke reaches the brain within just 10 seconds.

Nearly 35 million people try to quit smoking each year, but the success rates are less encouraging: only 7% manage to overcome the harmful effects of all these toxins, to which their bodies have grown accustomed and developed a dependency.

Research conducted by German researchers and developed by dozens of doctors worldwide claims that the stevia plant has been proven particularly beneficial in neutralizing nicotine's effects and similar substances in the body, already helping hundreds of smokers globally to completely quit cigarettes.

Dr. Diane Gioia-Bargonetti is one of them, and thousands of her 'fans' know one thing today: without the method she suggested, which incorporates the stevia plant, they wouldn't have been able to achieve their goal. On her blog, she tells of a man who suffered from a paradox—on one hand, he loved smoking, but on the other, he knew it was bad and harmful for him. "With every other method he tried, he always pretended to quit, but in private, without anyone seeing, he went back to smoking and enjoyed it."

Dr. Diane recounts that after a series of treatments with her natural remedy—"composed of a plant available at any health store," as she describes, this man developed a deep aversion to cigarettes, to the point where he couldn't stand being around smokers. "In medicine rooted in natural healing, there are answers to all diseases," writes Dr. Diane. "Just a few drops of stevia directly on the tongue every time you crave a cigarette—and within a few months, you'll be saying 'goodbye and good riddance' to this harmful habit. It seems like a 'simple ritual,' but believe me—it will kill your craving to smoke, immediately and miraculously."
