Sunburns at the beach can be very dangerous, and sunscreen doesn't always suffice to prevent them. So what can you do 'after the fact', once the skin has been 'burned' by the scorching heat (blazing sun rays) and the cool (sea water)? A simple, healthy solution has been circulating on social media recently, and when we saw it, we couldn't help but ask ourselves: 'How didn't we think of this earlier?'

Ready? Here it is. All you will need is pure aloe vera gel (100% aloe vera) and an empty (preferably flexible) ice cube tray.

Using a spoon or an empty container, fill the recesses of the ice tray with the aloe vera gel and freeze for 6-7 hours. Place the cubes in your cooler, and there you have your ultimate first aid solution for burns, when needed (and in the meantime, of course, you can enjoy some cool fruits and drinks). Good luck!
