1. Pour hot water into a medium glass.
2. Add a teaspoon of turmeric and a pinch of black pepper to the water.
3. Drink the water while it's still hot (not too boiling, but also not lukewarm).
After just one month, the user reported an immediate change in the persistent fatigue she always felt, along with a significant improvement in digestive problems she experienced.
