What Is the Danger of One Small Blood Clot? 5 Points to Consider
How does a thriving and fruitful tree grow from a small seed? Why do babies have such a pleasant smell? How do we know what the truth is, and how did the giraffe's long neck come to be?

One Small Blood Clot...
We all painfully hear about people around us who have suffered a stroke. What really happened in their bodies?
A stroke occurs when there is a sudden disruption in the blood supply to brain tissue. This disruption causes neurological injury, which can manifest in various ways, including speech disturbance, weakness or paralysis of the limbs, and walking difficulties. Sometimes, a stroke can lead to death.
A stroke is caused by a blood clot blocking an artery leading to the brain, or due to blood leakage from a blood vessel in the brain (rarer).
Blood clots can block the blood flow to vital organs.
But note: The blood vessels extend in a complex system of tubes about a hundred thousand kilometers in length in our small bodies! If so, isn’t it a tremendous wonder and immense grace that the blood flows through them without creating blockages, without leakage, and without disturbances, reaching its destination at the right time and place? A tremendous wonder!
One small blood clot in the pipeline – and everything could end. In any complex, long tube system man makes, there are pipeline faults over time, but in the wondrous pipeline system that the Creator of the Universe installed in our bodies, everything flows and is intact. How much we must thank Him!
In His Shade I Desired and Sat, and His Fruit Was Sweet to My Taste
Among the myriad plants in nature, one cannot help but be impressed and amazed by the variety of colorful and fragrant flowers. Anyone who observes will discover in each flower a delicate and beautiful texture, visually pleasing colors, breathtaking scent, and perfect symmetry!
But there is an even more amazing wonder in vegetation: What happens to the seeds sown by the farmer in the ground? After a while, due to irrigation, the seed rots and stinks... A period passes, and suddenly, out of the decay, a magnificent fruit tree grows! That is, a rotten seed becomes a green and leafy tree, laden with many sweet fruits. Fruits in a variety of colors entice our eyes and capture our attention.
There is no doubt that when we look at plants, it is easy to notice the guiding and loving hand of the Creator...
"To Sniff Him!"
There is nothing like the smell of a baby who has just been born. Babies have a natural scent that makes us feel good. There is nothing like snuggling up close to him and "sniffing" him, as if he is the only thing that exists.
Have you ever thought about the purpose of that special and intoxicating baby smell?
Studies that examined this phenomenon found that the scent of a baby stimulates the pleasure centers in mothers' brains. This mechanism aids the mother-baby bond and creates closeness and contact to help protect him. This way the mother is satisfied and the baby is protected.
Researchers found that a baby's scent creates a natural and immediate bond between them. So mothers enjoy caring for the baby, even though it's a tough job. Additionally, their pleasant scent and sweet coos signal our brain to protect them, and evoke empathy, compassion, and love towards them every time they laugh, cry, or make unclear noises.
The baby’s scent is one of the most pleasant scents. A baby’s smell is clean, a scent not influenced by a workday, by using different products, or by unpleasant-smelling air.. The fresh and sweet fragrance of a soft baby is, as known, one of the wonders of creation, and no chemical lab will be able to replicate the intoxicating scent of a small baby, a scent created by the greatest chemist in the world...
Stop for a Moment, Think!
A person can live a whole life without ever stopping to think if they are on the right path. They don’t think about their entire life, rather they organize, eat, and go to work... everything is automatic.
A person needs to stop for a moment and ask themselves: Is there a Creator of the world? Is the Torah the truth? What is the purpose of life? One cannot seriously ponder all this without first asking these questions. The questions are what awaken us and give us the motivation to think, investigate, and understand.
A person who truly asks these questions and wishes to reach answers will certainly eventually arrive at the truth.
A person who reflects on their life thoughtfully cannot arrive at foolish conclusions like, for instance, that we were created through evolution, that television helps us, that we gain from desecrating *Shabbat* or that immodest clothing is beneficial. These are conclusions reached from a desire for convenience. It is comfortable to continue committing the transgressions we are accustomed to, without knowing the truth about them, like someone who smokes, suppressing all the warnings on the cigarette packet about cancer and diseases, just so he can continue smoking peacefully. Additionally, one prefers to think there's evolution, because thus there's no accountability and commitment, and they can shirk responsibility.
Someone who thinks seriously and examines things out of a desire to find the truth will undoubtedly reach a totally different conclusion. Someone who looks at a particular organ in the human body cannot claim this is evolution. Someone who observes a newborn baby, without the parents planning any organ of their body and not even knowing themselves how each organ functions – certainly will not consider this evolution. How does a baby suckle immediately upon its birth? How does its mother’s body know to produce milk that exactly suits each stage of the baby’s development, containing the appropriate antibodies, which immunize and aid it?
A person who doesn’t look for excuses, but simply wants to arrive at the truth, will certainly find it by themselves. Just need to observe things and think a little.
Will a Cat Become a Mouse?
The claim that tens of thousands of generations later an elephant will become a dog, a dinosaur into an ape or bird, or that a human emerged from an ape, is a wrong and bizarre claim!
Basic knowledge in life sciences and genetic inheritance reveals that the genetic code of nature continues and transfers loyally from generation to generation. Therefore, it is inconceivable that over tens of thousands of generations an elephant would turn into a dog, a dinosaur into an ape or bird...
These things gain further validation with the discovery of “Mendel's Laws of Heredity," absolutely proving that any change occurring in the body for some reason (like circumcision, etc.) does not pass to the next generation, and any innate change from the parent's generation, such as eye color, originates from existing genes, passed from previous generations to the parents.
Hence, even if a change occurs in an animal’s body due to some constraint – such as the stretching of an animal’s neck continually for the purpose of eating leaves from high branches (like the giraffe) – this does not pass to the next generation in any way, because for an acquired trait to transfer to the next generation, a change in the genes must occur. There is clearly no connection between the lengthening of an animal's neck due to environmental conditions and the heredity-transferring genes.
That is, the laws of heredity necessitate saying that the first giraffe was created with a long neck, and did not lengthen its neck over generations. In contrast, an animal with a short neck – its descendants will always be such. And if this is the case for one organ in an animal’s body, it is certainly the case for an entire animal, which will not change and become a completely different creature – not even after many generations...
