Why Do We Snore? 5 Points to Ponder
Where can you find effective natural remedies for free, and why do people snore in their sleep? Plus, surprising roles our lips play.

Hashem's Pharmacy
Have you noticed the surprising resemblance between the shapes of certain fruits and vegetables and the shapes of human organs? Not just any organs, but those specific organs that these fruits or vegetables benefit?
Here are some examples:
Walnuts - The similarity between the shape of the brain and the appearance of a walnut is amazing: the walnut within its shell looks like a miniature brain, divided into two halves seated in a skull. The walnut contains Omega-3, antioxidants, vitamin E, and folic acid, which are important for brain function.
Carrot - A slice of carrot resembles the human eye. Clearly visible are the pupil, iris, and network of lines around them. Carrots have been proven beneficial for the eyes, as they are one of the healthiest sources of beta-carotene, which provides vitamin A crucial for eye health and proper vision.
Tomato - A natural tomato is divided into four chambers and is red, resembling the structure, shape, and color of the heart. Studies have shown that tomatoes benefit heart health and cleanse the blood with the lycopene they contain.
Kidney Beans - They are shaped like a kidney and indeed help strengthen kidney function in a healthy person.
Avocado - An avocado with its seed resembles a womb and embryo habitat. When cut, half appears with the seed like an embryo and the other half without. Eating avocado helps prevent cervical cancer, balances hormones, accelerates post-birth healing, and, interestingly, like pregnancy which lasts 9 months, an avocado also takes 9 months to mature!
Is this just a coincidence?
It is wonderful that even the shapes of fruits hint at their benefits for specific human organs.
This fact, in passing, points to one Creator who created all the details in the world, embedding wonderful clues for those who observe.
Why Do We Snore?
When a person is awake and one of their body parts does not function properly, they generally "feel" it and address the issue... But what happens if this occurs when the person is asleep? Might they, Heaven forbid, die?
Note the wonderful kindness Hashem grants us when we sleep.
The respiratory system is the most critical to human function, as without regular oxygen intake, all body systems collapse! If a person suffers from breathing difficulties during sleep, since they are not "aware," they could die... Therefore, Hashem created a mechanism that sounds an "alarm" alerting those around the sleeping individual that immediate attention is needed... What is this "alarm"? Snoring.
Snoring is caused by narrowing airways and can contribute to lung or heart failure and, in extreme cases, even death during sleep. So, if we wondered what the "benefit" of this unpleasant noise called "snoring" is, which comes from a sleeping person's nose... it is, among other things, a "loud alarm," signaling a problem in the airways...
Behold the wonder: in a sleeping person with breathing difficulties, a loud and grating noise occurs, so those around notice and summon help accordingly.
This fact is not coincidental; it is clear there is an intent here to protect the person from harm.

Lips
Have you considered why we have lips?
Lips prevent food and liquids from spilling out of our mouths, allowing clean and aesthetically pleasing eating. However, lips are not just organs that aid in eating and drinking; they have important additional roles we may not have considered. Like what?
Lips play a major role in facial appearance and creating expressions - smiles, sorrow, surprise, and more. You can try this in front of a mirror...
Lips are essential for speech, helping articulate lip consonants - B, M, and P - and vowels - a e i o u without which words cannot be formed.
Lips protect us from danger: the lip skin is sensitive to touch, especially to the heat degree of various foods entering our mouths, preventing us from ingesting overly hot or cold foods. For instance, when planning to drink hot tea, the lips quickly sense the tea's high heat, causing us to refrain, thus avoiding damage to internal organs.
Lips are crucial for an infant's survival, acting as a sucking ring, aiding the infant in nursing.
In conclusion, take a moment to appreciate the intricate design of lips. They are full and symmetrical, with a clear and precise natural boundary line. There is a correct proportion, precision, and exemplary fit between the upper and lower lips...

The Most Prestigious Land in the World - For the World's Most Persecuted Minority
The Land of Israel is the most attractive real estate globally... why, you ask? I will explain:
Economically, its location at the crossroads of continents contributes to its economic and security activities.
Climatically, it has varied and comfortable weather for residence and farming.
Religiously, it is sacred to Judaism, and both Christianity and Islam view it as a significant historical and national religious center.
So, there’s a great and incomprehensible wonder: how is it that a persecuted minority, like the Jewish people scattered worldwide, received the Land of Israel - geographically the most attractive strip of land in the world?... It defies all logic! To the best of my knowledge, valuable real estate isn't typically given "as a gift," especially not to someone not favored...
Why did the British Government (once an empire) favor establishing a national home for Jews in the Land of Israel and hand it over at the end of the British Mandate?
Why did the UN, which is often against us, vote in majority favor of establishing a Jewish state in the Land of Israel (the "Partition Plan")?
How - in light of the vehement opposition of all the surrounding Arab countries - was the State of Israel established?! It's an illogical script that came true unexpectedly.
However, all these wonders collapse when considering Hashem's explicit promise to the people of Israel that after the long exile, He will gather them from all corners back to the Land of Israel to inherit it: "Then Hashem your Hashem will restore your fortunes and have mercy on you, and He will gather you again from all the peoples where Hashem your Hashem has scattered you. If your outcasts are at the ends of heaven, from there Hashem your Hashem will gather you, and from there He will bring you back. And Hashem your Hashem will bring you to the land that your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it..." (Deuteronomy 30:3-6).
Consider: who can promise such an illogical assurance? And who is capable of fulfilling it?
Only the Creator of the universe and the master of history can do this!
Israel on Strike
How did it happen that the Land of Israel, geographically the most successful place in the world from all angles, was desolate, empty, and neglected for 2000 years? It contradicts all supply and demand rules!
How is it that once the Jewish people returned to their land, the "Arabs" suddenly decided "out of the blue" they wanted the Land of Israel? Why didn't they settle the land and make it flourish for two thousands years? Where were they all this time?...
Here lies the great and incomprehensible wonder: for 2000 years, the land was desolate, no one succeeded in settling it, and only since the Jewish people returned about 70 years ago, we witness an unparalleled wave of settlement and flowering in Israel! How is it possible, what changed?
The land indeed was desolate. For evidence, ask our preceding generations (grandparents) about the Land of Israel when they arrived. Their response would be: "Sand, swamps, nothing...".
We face an amazing vision: pay attention, despite this land’s attractive conditions, while the Jewish people were not in their country, the ground declared a "strike" turning to desert. No one succeeded in settling the land and turning it green! But when Jews return to Israel, the Land of Israel also regains its vitality. As long as Israelites reside in their land – the land of Israel flourishes.
We ourselves are evidence; within a generation, Israel transformed unbelievably from an empty, desolate land filled with swamps, it became a green and thriving country.
The wonder grows when understanding that it’s a promise from Hashem to the people of Israel – that during long periods of exile, the land will lie desolate and would not yield to Israel's enemies: "And I will devastate the land; so that your enemies who settle in it shall be astounded. I will scatter you among the nations and will draw a sword after you; your land shall be desolate, and your cities shall be waste. Then the land will rest, as long as it lies desolate until you are in your enemies' land..." (Leviticus 26:32-34).
And conversely, Hashem also promises that the people of Israel will return to their land and the desolate land will again blossom and bear fruit when its children arrive at the end of exile: "But you, mountains of Israel, will produce branches and fruit for my people Israel, for they will soon come home" (Ezekiel 36:8).
Consider: who can assure such an illogical and paradoxical prophecy?! And who can fulfill and keep this promise?!
