American doctors named Myro and Dana, who have become internet stars thanks to their viral videos, recently revealed what lurks in the average person's hands, stirring up the internet.
Dr. Myro placed his hand under the microscope lens and demonstrated why maintaining hand hygiene is so vital for everyone.
"Are you brave enough to look at this?" Dr. Dana asked, as the microscope lens zoomed deeper into Dr. Myro's epidermis. "So what do we have here? Get ready: it looks like a stray hair and dust or dirt spots, but that's not all. Inside our hands, there can be over 3,000 different types of bacteria, hence why it's crucial to wash hands with soap after every action we take, especially if we're touching and caring for babies.
"Hand hygiene is super important, and it can help reduce up to 50% of the infections that multiply on the epidermis," she warns.
