Ah, what a year we've had. From Tishrei to Adar, the year 5780 masqueraded as a normal year, but last Purim, the 'V'nahafoch Hu' (sudden turn of events) came upon us. We read the Book of Esther without hand sanitizers or capsules; the only masks seen at the holiday parties were part of costumes. But a few days later, the mysterious virus found its way from distant China to our tiny land and changed our lives beyond recognition.

We celebrated Passover in a strange and limited setting. The pandemic spread, causing many casualties worldwide and affecting almost all of humanity in various ways. It's well-known that the power of songs can soothe and uplift, and by offering this album, we aimed to strengthen weak hands, support faltering knees, and bring joy to hearts.
