A True Boost of Motivation: The trend of spiritual strengthening among many celebrities in recent times is no longer a well-kept secret. Nevertheless, each individual's journey to faith, from their unique perspective and spiritual insights, reflects a growing wave.
"What the studies give me is the ability to improve my relationship with myself - how to be kinder to myself and how to be more considerate of others," said Yael Bar Zohar this week regarding the Torah classes with Rabbi Yuval HaCohen Asherov, which she has been attending for some time. "To my parents, my children, my partner. If I succeed in behaving this way then I've gained, although I don't always succeed. I have to be honest. I fall into anger, agitation, sadness, or fear."
On the same subject: In an interview conducted by journalist Dudu Cohen with actor Guy Zuarets (Bar Zohar's husband, who comes from a traditional and believing family) for the program 'Another Direction,' when asked about his and Yael's approach to educating their children, he replied: "Everything starts at home. The work you do at home - those are the fruits you'll eventually harvest. Will they see Mom and Dad on their iPhones all day or engaged in substance? That's who they'll become," expressed Zuarets in the interview. "In our home, the kids know all the songs. They sometimes go with me to the synagogue, and it's constantly our job - to introduce them smoothly into this. When I see them today, I'm pleased."
As for the question of how his wife Yael 'flows' with this interesting educational approach, Zuarets says: "She really loves it and appreciates it very much. She has a thirst for this - for simplicity, tradition, Judaism. She perseveres more than I do in Kabbalah classes. What can I say, she's strong in this. And both of us, you know, tread this path carefully and calmly. We understand the value of it."
