Rabbi Bazri Predicted the Revolution in Egypt
On January 6, an online report was published about the weekly lesson of the kabbalist Rabbi David Bazri, head of the Yeshivat HaShalom, where he stated that the solar eclipse of those days was a sign of an impending civil war in Egypt.
Many claim that kabbalists or rabbis release predictions after events have already happened, but in the internet age, it's easy to find out when each prediction was made. For example, this week we received a report (see picture on the right) published on January 6, with the headline "Exclusive - Kabbalist Bazri on this week's solar eclipse: A sign of civil war in Egypt".
And so it appears in the article: "Will a civil war soon break out in Egypt? The head of Yeshivat HaShalom, the great kabbalist Rabbi David Bazri, referred in his weekly lesson to the solar eclipse that occurred in Israel this week and warned that it is a sign of a civil war expected to break out in Egypt. A solar eclipse in the month of Tevet is mainly a bad sign for Egypt, where there will be many internal wars," the kabbalist Rabbi Bazri quoted the words of the holy Ari. The head of Yeshivat HaShalom also quoted from the Talmud in Tractate Sukkah, stating when and under what circumstances does a solar eclipse occur in Israel: "The sun is eclipsed for the leader of the court who was not eulogized properly, and for a betrothed maiden who cried out in the city and was not rescued, and for the act of homosexual intercourse, and for two brothers whose blood was shed as one." His son, Rabbi Yitzchak Bazri, said, "If the sun appears in its eclipse in sackcloth color - there will be a famine in the land, and if in red color - there will be, God forbid, wars."
