#VALUE!
For sufganiyot, we recite Mezonot (the first blessing)
And at the end of eating, we recite Al Hamichya (the last blessing)

The required amount to eat in order to be obligated to say the last blessing (from the "Daily Halacha" based on the rulings of Maran Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, of blessed memory):
For everything a person eats, they must recite a "first blessing", such as "Shehakol" or "Ha'etz". Even if one only eats a small amount of the food, a blessing must be recited, whenever one eats for the sake of eating. (However, if tasting the food merely to improve it by adding seasoning, for instance, no blessing is needed.) Therefore, anyone chewing flavored gum must bless for the enjoyment of its taste, even if only a tiny amount is swallowed. Similarly, anyone about to drink something must bless even if only drinking a single drop.
However, this applies specifically to the first blessing, whereas the last blessing is only recited if one has eaten an "important amount". This important amount is a "kezayit", meaning twenty-seven grams, and for drinking, it is a "revi'it", which is eighty-one grams.
Additionally, eating and drinking should occur within a time frame that allows them to be considered together. For instance, if someone eats a kezayit of bread over an entire day, bit by bit, they certainly cannot bless afterwards with the Grace After Meals. The entire amount of a kezayit should be eaten within the time span of "Achilat Pras", where there is a difference of opinion: some say it is five minutes, others about seven and a half minutes (and there are other opinions as well). Therefore, it is advisable to ensure eating a kezayit (especially during Shabbat meals) within four and a half minutes to fulfill all opinions.
Regarding the last blessing on a drink, one must drink a revi'it of the beverage (eighty-one grams) in one go; if one pauses between sips, no last blessing is recited. Therefore, someone drinking soup with a spoon does not bless afterwards, as a revi'it is not consumed in one go. Similarly, those drinking coffee or tea while hot do not bless afterwards, as they cannot drink it all at once.
