On Bamba, we bless with "Shehakol" (first blessing)

At the end of eating, bless with "Borei Nefashot" (last blessing)

The amount of eating required to be obligated in a last blessing (from "Daily Halacha" based on the rulings of Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, of blessed memory):

For anything a person eats, they must say a "first blessing," such as the blessing "Shehakol" or "Ha'etz." Even if they eat only a small amount of that food, they are required to bless it, as long as they come to eat it for eating's sake. (However, if they only taste the food to adjust seasoning or the like, no blessing is recited for this tasting at all). Therefore, someone who chews flavored chewing gum, even though they swallow very little of it, still must bless it for the enjoyment of its taste. Similarly, one who comes to drink something must bless it even if drinking only a single drop of that beverage.

However, all this is specifically regarding the first blessing, but the last blessing is only recited when one ate an "important eating," and the measure of an "important eating" is the amount of an "olive," which is twenty-seven grams, and for drinks, the measure is "a quarter-log" which is eighty-one grams.

Furthermore, the eating or drinking must occur within a period allowing the consumption to combine. For instance, if a person eats an "olive" amount of bread throughout an entire day, crumb by crumb, they certainly cannot bless the "Grace After Meals" afterwards. Instead, the "olive" portion must be consumed within the time span known as "an eating of a Pras," and there is disagreement among authorities about its duration, some say five minutes and others seven and a half minutes (there are other opinions too). Therefore, it's advisable always to eat the "olive" portion (especially during Shabbat meals) within four and a half minutes to fulfill all opinions.

Concerning the last blessing on a drink, one must drink a quarter-log (eighty-one grams) at once, and if there was an interruption between sips, no last blessing is recited. Therefore, one who drinks soup with a spoon does not recite a last blessing for that soup, as they did not drink a quarter-log at once. Likewise, one who drinks coffee or tea while hot does not bless them afterward, since they cannot drink it all in one go.
