#VALUE!
The blessing for a persimmon is 'Ha'etz' (the first blessing).
After eating, the blessing is 'Borei Nefashot' (the last blessing).

The amount eaten to be obligated for the last blessing (from "Halacha Yomit" based on the rulings of Maran Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, of blessed memory):
For every food one consumes, a "first blessing," such as "Shehakol" or "Ha'etz," must be recited, even if only a small amount is eaten. If the intent is to eat, a blessing is required. However, if just tasting to adjust spices or similar, no blessing is needed at all. Thus, chewing flavored gum, even without swallowing much, still obligates a blessing for the pleasure of its taste. Similarly, when drinking, a blessing is required even for a single drop.
However, this applies only to the first blessing. For the last blessing, it is made only after consuming a "significant amount" of the food, known as a "kezayit," which is 27 grams. For liquids, the measure is a "revi'it," which is 81 grams.
Additionally, the consumption must occur within a time frame where all parts of the consumption are combined. If someone eats a total of a "kezayit" of bread throughout an entire day, piece by piece, they cannot bless Birkat HaMazon after. Instead, all of the "kezayit" should be eaten within the time frame of "eating a pras," with some say it's five minutes, and others say seven and a half minutes. Different opinions exist, so it's best to eat a "kezayit" (particularly during Shabbat meals) within four and a half minutes to satisfy all views.
For the last blessing on drinks, one must drink a full revi'it (81 grams) in one go, since stopping between sips means no last blessing is recited. Therefore, sipping soup with a spoon does not allow for a last blessing, as the amount required wasn't consumed at once. Likewise, drinking hot tea or coffee doesn't lead to a last blessing, as it's not possible to drink it all at once.
