On nuts, the blessing borei p'ri ha'etz (first blessing) is recited.
At the end of the meal, the blessing borei nefashot (ending blessing) is recited.

The amount to be eaten to be obligated in the final blessing (from "Halacha Yomit" based on the rulings of Maran Rabbi Ovadia Yosef z"l):
For anything a person eats, they must say a "first blessing," such as the blessing "shehakol" or "ha'etz." And even if only a small amount of the food is consumed, the blessing is required, as long as it is eaten for enjoyment. (However, if the food is only tasted to adjust seasoning, no blessing is required.) Therefore, someone who chews flavored gum, even if they swallow very little, must bless for the enjoyment from the flavor of the gum. Similarly, if one drinks anything, they must bless even if they take only a single drop of the drink.
However, this rule specifically applies to the first blessing, but the final blessing is only made when a significant amount, a "kezayit" (27 grams), is consumed. For drinks, the measure is "revi'it," which is 81 grams.
Additionally, the eating or drinking must be within a time frame that allows them to be considered as one act of consumption. If a person eats a "kezayit" of bread slowly over the entire day, piece by piece, they cannot recite the after blessing. The "kezayit" must be consumed within the time frame of "achilat pras," which varies among opinions from five to seven and a half minutes (with other views as well). Therefore, it is advisable to consume the "kezayit," especially during Shabbat meals, within four and a half minutes to satisfy all opinions.
Concerning the final blessing on drink, one must drink a revi'it (81 grams) at once. If breaks occur between sips, no final blessing is recited. Therefore, when sipping soup with a spoon, no final blessing is made, as a revi'it isn’t consumed at once. Likewise, for hot drinks like coffee or tea, no final blessing is recited, as it is not possible to drink a revi'it in one go.
