#VALUE!
Five years ago, on the 15th of Sivan, 5774, Gil-Ad Shaer, Naftali Frenkel, and Eyal Yifrach were waiting for a ride at the Alon Shvut junction, heading home. The vehicle they boarded turned out to be operated by terrorists. The kidnappers threatened the teens and ultimately murdered them. Their bodies were discarded and buried in the Wadi Cheska area, while the car used in their abduction was burned.
Following reports of the teens' disappearance, Operation 'Brothers' Keeper' was launched. The teens were considered kidnapped, with suspicions that it was a bargaining terror act. For about two and a half weeks, extensive efforts were invested in searching for the teens or their bodies. Only 18 days after the abduction were the teens' bodies found. May their memory be a blessing.
About three months later, the teens' murderers were located and killed in a combined operation of the IDF, along with the YAMAM and Shin Bet.
