Today, our food doesn't provide all essential nutrients, especially vitamins and minerals. Here’s how supplements can fill the gap.

Due to modern agricultural practices, today's food doesn't contain the essential nutrients in the desired amounts, mainly vitamins and minerals. As a response, Hashem provided us with nutritional supplements available in stores. From our experience in this field, we see an incredible improvement in health and in the prevention or treatment of illnesses by taking the right amounts of supplements, with periodic breaks. This should only be done after consulting with naturopaths (natural clinical nutritionists), who are among the few who study this subject in depth.
Vitamins - These are organic compounds essential to the body, required in minute quantities, and cannot be synthesized by the body itself.
Minerals - These are elements needed by living organisms for the proper physiological functioning of their bodies. Without some of them, life would not be possible. Minerals are found in food, soil, the sea, and drinking water sources. For example: calcium, magnesium, fluoride, iodine, zinc, selenium, etc.
Low levels of magnesium may cause several health issues, such as constipation, high blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, weakness and muscle cramps, heart diseases, diabetes, anxiety, osteoporosis, and more. Consuming the correct amount of magnesium can help prevent strokes, support the preservation of skeletal muscle mass and strength in women, protect against muscle damage in athletes, reduce levels of CRP protein, a marker of inflammation in the body, prevent and treat migraines (it's also important to reduce gluten and dairy products), and improve moods and depression. It seems we all need it. It is taken in different doses, and it's advisable to derive it from natural sources. Typically, it's recommended to take it at night, before sleep.
In our generation, there are additional reasons for magnesium deficiency. For example, increasing levels of radiation in the external environment (cellular antennas, smart cities, etc.) and at home (Wi-Fi, cordless home phones, sticks, wireless mice, and keyboards – it's recommended to switch to wired devices). Radiation depletes many vitamins and minerals from the body, and magnesium is one of them. Don't be surprised if your sleep is affected, your muscles ache or cramp, your mood is low, your heartbeat is irregular, and your stress levels rise. Change habits – and revive your soul.
