Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 4-5 sprigs of mint
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of blueberries/frozen blueberries
  • A handful of frozen black raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 cup black tea

Preparation:

Blend everything together and enjoy half a cup each morning. You can strain it if you're not a fan of berry bits, or drink it as is.
