#VALUE!

"And Hashem said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food" (Genesis 1:29). This is Hashem's explicit instruction to all mankind on how to nourish themselves daily, from the time of the first human to after the flood - the time of Noah. What is meant by this verse? "Herb bearing seed" = seeds sown in the ground that sprout: vegetables, grains, and legumes. "Fruit of a tree" = fruits, nuts, almonds, etc. This diet includes all the essential nutrients that a person needs in this world! And what about meat, poultry, and their products? Although from Noah's time we were permitted to consume these foods, what is the recommended quantity? Recent studies in our generation suggest significantly reducing them, and I advise enjoying them only on Shabbat for better health. This advice is based on my experience with many clients in weight loss, disease prevention, and chronic disease healing!

Here is the weekday menu breakdown:

Fruits In the morning, it's best to eat a mixed fruit salad or fruits separately, on an empty stomach only and not as dessert, to avoid fermentation in the digestive system (for diabetics - only apples, pears, and seeds). You can add a bit of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or other types of seeds, berries, and a few raisins and other dried fruits.

Nuts, Almonds, and SeedsYou should consume a small amount of unroasted nuts, almonds, and seeds daily.

Vegetables + Green Leaves - A vegetable salad in all colors of the rainbow with 50% green leaves will set your day right. Additionally, it's recommended to consume cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) that help the liver detox. They are excellent for preventing cancer, viruses, bacteria, etc.

Seaweeds like kelp, nori, and similar contain many nutrients, including iodine, which is now hard to find in our soil (iodine is beneficial for hypothyroidism).

Whole Grains - It's advisable to eat sprouted or cooked grains (brown rice, oats, barley, spelt, rye), and for those sensitive, gluten-free options are recommended (buckwheat, quinoa). Bread should only be eaten from spelt, rye, or barley, as these haven't been genetically modified like wheat, which is harmful.

Sprouted Legumes - It's best to eat legumes like lentils, beans, mung beans, peas, chickpeas, etc. They can be cooked in water or eaten raw in their sprouted form (lentils and mung beans) and are a great source of many nutrients and protein.

Oils - The preferred oils in our generation: cold-pressed olive oil (dark bottle only), avocado fruit, coconut oil. They dilute toxins created in our polluted environment. They contain stable oils that do not easily spoil. I promise you that if this is your menu during the week, your health will improve tremendously, and you will lose weight. Try it for one week. You have nothing to lose.
