Dealing with Hair Loss: Tips and Remedies
Understanding why hair loss occurs and how to tackle it effectively.

Most of us lose about 50-100 hairs a day as part of the body's natural renewal process.
Since new hairs typically grow to replace those that have fallen out, we usually don't need to worry if a few strands are left in the comb. However, if you notice significant thinning, it's time to consider treatment to strengthen your hair.
Hair is nourished by blood circulation, so when hair loss occurs, it indicates a deficiency or disruption in feeding the hair roots, or a problem with blood flow. To ensure healthy hair, all minerals are needed, especially silica, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and iron. Proteins and B vitamins, particularly biotin and PABA, which are responsible for hair color, are also essential. To promote blood circulation, relaxation is key, as stress can constrict blood vessels. Temporary deficiencies can occur, such as post-pregnancy or during illness.
Treatment
Consume whole and nutritious foods: whole grains, vegetables, proteins like legumes, nuts, and sea fish. Alfalfa sprouts are rich in minerals. You can eat thin sprouts, one box a day, or take alfalfa capsules. Similarly, blue-green algae – spirulina – is rich in amino acids and proteins. Include nuts, whole basmati rice, brewer's yeast, and oats, which are rich in B vitamins, especially biotin, which supports hair growth.
A daily tablespoon of unsulphured molasses is rich in iron and magnesium. Eat seeds like pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame, as well as avocado and olive oil. These foods contain vitamin E, which maintains scalp health.
Avoid foods that deplete the body's nutrient reserves and disrupt blood flow, such as hardened saturated fats, white flour, white sugar, and processed food.
Exercise, music, and reading Psalms can reduce stress.
It's advised to bend over and brush hair from the bottom up to enhance blood flow to the hair roots. Massaging the scalp with a tablespoon of castor oil and four drops of rosemary essential oil is recommended. Wash hair with a rosemary and myrtle decoction: take 3 sprigs of rosemary and 3 sprigs of myrtle, boil for 5 minutes, and cover for 15 minutes.
Use shampoos without parabens and S.L.S. A nettle and rosemary shampoo is suggested. Consider a specialized supplement for strengthening and nourishing the roots.
For scalp nourishment, apply a mixture of egg yolk, a tablespoon of olive oil, a tablespoon of lemon, and 5 drops of rosemary to the scalp. Leave for half an hour and rinse.
