Vibrant Quinoa Salad Recipe
A vibrant and healthy green salad that's a meal in itself, adding not just flavor but a lot of health to your table.

Using quinoa as a substitute for animal proteins is excellent for those with high cholesterol. The recommendation is to reduce animal proteins and replace them with plant-based ones.
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
Quarter cup each of chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, and chopped dill
1 whole stalk of chopped green onion
Quarter cup chopped celery (not the white stalk, just the leaves and thin stems)
Preparation:
Cook the quinoa like rice – for every cup of quinoa use 2 cups of water and one level teaspoon of salt.
Once the quinoa is cool, add all the vegetables, mix well and season with lemon, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
You can enrich the salad with sunflower seeds, walnuts, and more.
For garnish, add cherry tomatoes or pomegranate seeds on top.
A healthy and incredibly tasty salad.
