We all experience stress at different points in life, but when it becomes chronic, it's important to address it early. Following are common signs that you're suffering from emotional stress:

1. Fatigue and Trouble Sleeping

If you're feeling stressed, you're likely also feeling very tired, but struggling with insomnia and difficulty falling asleep. Even if you do manage to sleep, you may wake up feeling exhausted. This is because stress drains the body's energy and leaves us feeling depleted.

2. Skin Problems

Emotional stress increases the risk of inflammation in the body, which may manifest as acne, psoriasis, eczema, or other skin rashes.
