According to a study, talking on a mobile phone for over 30 minutes a week increases the risk of undesirable side effects that affect our physical and mental health.
The study results, published in the European Heart Journal - Digital Health, indicate that talking on a mobile phone for more than half an hour a week raises the risk of high blood pressure, which may lead to heart attacks and strokes.
