Keep Bananas Fresh with Just Water: A Viral Hack Takes the Internet by Storm
Can those annoying black spots on bananas be avoided just days after buying them? This trick says yes!

This might be one of the most incredible tricks we've seen yet. Although we haven't tried it ourselves, it sounds promising, coming from a blogger with over 3 million followers on social media.
The blogger, named Dustin, conducted an experiment where he dipped a bunch of bananas in a bowl of water and left them for a week alongside another bunch for comparison. "It turns out there's one way to ensure bananas stay fresh for up to 15 days, using an item we all have access to at home—water," he explains in the video where he performs the intriguing experiment.

"I'm going to put three bananas in the water, but you can just put their stems in the water," he states in the video. "I'm going to leave the other three bananas. We'll come back in about a week and see how they look."
A week later, he returned and looked at the bananas. He attempted to lift the bananas that were left out, but they fell apart, leaving only the stem in his hand. In contrast, he lifted the bananas soaked in water, and nothing happened to them, even though from the outside they looked almost the same.
And what happened when he tried to open the two bunches? The bunch that was out of water was rotten and inedible, while the second bunch looked good and fresh. Worth trying.
