It's no secret that a healthy body and a healthy mind are one.

The situation in the country since the massacre on 10/7 has affected every citizen in Israel, and this week its impact reached Eden Harel, who shared her feelings in an emotional post on social media.

"I collapsed into illness," she wrote, sharing with her followers while emphasizing that her physical state was affected by the difficult news and the horrors she has been exposed to since the war began. "For some, especially those who are very sensitive, this period weakens the body, a direct result of the mind. My heart is with the families of the captives, the fallen, and the sorrow of the people of Israel. Better days will come," she promised, but requested: "The main thing is to lift your eyes to the heavens and remember: Someone is managing everything here, and it's all for the best. We are part of a huge and grand story, the people of Israel, the eternal people who do not fear a long road."

In another post she published a few hours later, she filmed herself trying to heal using a home remedy for her sinuses: "A bowl with boiling water, Himalayan salt, and breathe through the mouth," she shared.
